This is with reference to the room reservation done for 2rooms for 2 days in the name of Mr.K.S.Sastry & Mrs.Uma Kavita which was confirmed . Already i have deposited the special rate amount of Rs. 6000/- . When my customer wanted to check in for 2 rooms but to their surprise only one room was blocked . They were given option for ex hotel which was very untidy . Then i struggled to get the room booked done in some good hotel . But when i asked for the payment which i have deposited they are just ignoring the calls but there is no response . If i try from different phone number they will pick the call and they are saying whatever you wanted to do you do , and they are just ignoring to pay the amount . This hotel owner Mr. J.P. Singh is giving answer like that only . I have paid the amount from my pocket which Mr. J.P. Singh is denying to repay that amount .
